If your opener is under 10 years old and the issue is a sensor, remote, limit switch, or circuit board, a repair usually makes sense. If it's grinding, overheating, or struggling to lift the door consistently and it's getting up in years, a replacement is often the better value. We'll give you an honest assessment when we arrive, not just an upsell.

Yes, that's a standard part of our service. Whether you've moved into a new home and need to clear old codes, lost a remote, or are adding a new remote to your system, we handle the programming on the same visit.

Most installations take 2 to 3 hours from start to finish. That includes removing your old unit, mounting and wiring the new one, adjusting limit and force settings, and making sure everything runs cleanly before we leave. We walk you through the setup before we go.

The most likely cause is a broken spring or snapped cable. When a spring fails, the motor activates but has nothing to work with. Don't keep running the opener. Call us and we'll diagnose it on arrival. If it's the spring, that's a separate repair from the opener itself, and we carry parts for both.
