Caleb and Mark were absolutely great arranging a visit and getting our two older garage doors operating again. They were quick, pleasant and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated when they pointed out a couple of installation improvements and areas of significant wear. They even had batteries for the remotes! The cost was reasonable too!

Needed a new opener. Caleb not only replaced the old opener but suggested new rollers and new weatherstripping and didn't charge for labor for the extras. This is what great customer service looks like.

Replaced my garage door for me a couple of years ago and have done the regular maintenance on it since. Just an amazing company. Reasonable, prompt, and really nice people. Highly recommend cannot say enough good things about them.

Great experience, called them on a Saturday and they came out to Nanaimo first thing Monday morning. They replaced 2 torsion springs on my garage door with a straight forward quote which was a reasonable price. The whole job was done in an hour start to finish, no upselling no BS. Definitely would recommend this company.

These guys came right away and got me out of the woods. They are knowledgeable and prepared. Without upselling, they gently advised me of some safety concerns they had around a couple failing parts in my unmaintained 1988 garage door. They returned same week to replace them and went above and beyond for me. I was so glad there were experts available so quickly. Above and beyond service.
