Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, cheque, and electronic transfer. We reserve the right to require a deposit for large installations or custom orders.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience an issue directly related to a service we performed, contact us and we will make it right. Our workmanship guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or work performed by third parties after our service.
